Bliss rolls out Book4Time’s new mobile booking app

Book4Time’s new mobile booking application is being rolled out at Bliss Spas. Giving customers the convenience to book appointments from their smartphones, the app is available on iOS and Android. Bliss becomes the first operator to offer the app to customers.

“With the introduction of the mobile app, Bliss will be able to capture more business from consumers who are making transactions on the go,” said Roger Sholanki, CEO and founder of Book4Time.

He says spas can create lasting connections with their clients with the app’s customisation potential – by showing off its company logo, creating an enticing spa profile and choosing a desired look and feel that’s authentic to the brand.

“You can use the app to reference booked appointments and easily find information about the spa – directions, appointment details and information on in-spa amenities,” said Aimee Schmalzle, vice president of eCommerce at Bliss.

The app includes an integrated content management system so spas can make quick updates and push promotions directly to their clients’ smartphones to more effectively manage demand for their services.
